- Hip to be Fit is a 6-week program, offered in the fall and spring
- Program offers healthful snacks
- Kids get to pick one of three physical activities to focus on:
- Soccer
- Tae kwon do
- Hip-hop dance
- 3rd-5th grade kids can participate

Reaching goals and staying fit
- Triple Play programs consist of different kinds of “challenges” such as:
- Invent-a-Sport Challenge
- Walk/run challenge
- Home run challenge
- Kids earn “bases” for completing different physical activities
- Kids who earn most “home runs” with the bases they’ve collected receive special prizes
