Old Bags is Back
In honor & celebration of the life of Ellie Glazer Ziegler, THANK YOU to everyone that joined us for a party featuring fun & fabulous handbags benefitting Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Iowa's Feeding the Future Program. With your kindness and generosity, Old Bags is Back raised over $618,000 to support great futures for our Club members!
The signature Old Bags is Back event provides the critical support our Club members need to reach great futures. The Feeding the Future program was developed to ensure our kids and teens have access to the basic needs required for them to reach their full potential. Through our Feeding the Future program, we provide consistent, nutritious foods for the young people in our community who need it most.
One thing Ellie innately believed was that “legacy is planting seeds in a garden you never get to see.” In honor of Ellie's legacy, Suzie Glazer Burt launched the Ellie Challenge, where the Michael & Ellie Glazer Ziegler Foundation matched every dollar raised through Old Bags is Back.
