Dear Club Families,

 

We want to share an important update regarding the remainder of summer programming.

 

As you know, we consolidated our McCombs Club and Baker Club earlier this summer. Unfortunately, due to Hiatt Middle School eliminating the shared spaces our Club uses, we are no longer able to provide the fun, safe, and enriching experience our members deserve at that location for the remainder of the summer.

 

As a result, we will be adjusting our site consolidation plan. Effective Friday, July 31st, all Baker Club members will be transported daily to McCombs Middle School, where they will participate in Club programming. This change will allow us to continue providing a high-quality experience in a safe and welcoming environment for all members.

 

Site Consolidations:

· Baker Club (Hiatt Middle) → McCombs Club (McCombs Middle)

 

Transportation will be provided daily to and from each member’s home Club site and their assigned Club location.

 

 

Middle School Schedule:

· Drop-off: 8:30–9:00 AM

· Departure to assigned Club: 9:00 AM

· Departure from assigned Club: 4:45 PM

· Pick-up: 5:00–5:30 PM

 

 

 

 

Families are always welcome to drop off and pick up their child directly at McCombs Club location at any time.
