Congratulations Bryce Shabazz, State of Iowa Youth of the Year! Bryce Shabazz, a member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Iowa, has been named the Youth of the Year for the state of Iowa by Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA).
